Every woman who walks into my in-person moon ceremonies is carrying the same invisible weight.

Here's the one paragraph that breaks it open every time...

You’re not a mother, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a boss, an employee, a carer, a friend - you are just you.

Here to rest. To reconnect with yourself without all the labels.

To show up without any responsibility on your shoulders.

A few years ago I downloaded every app. Meditation app, yoga app, sleep app, mental health app. Journaling, breathwork, supplements galore, the lot.

And somehow... it all just felt like more. More tabs open. More things to keep up with. More overwhelm ~ not less.

Nobody was actually guiding me through this. So I built the thing I wish someone had handed me.

A manual that tells me what to do, in bite-sized pieces so I don’t have to “think” and make yet another decision.

This manual is called The Slow Exhale ~ a 4-week journey, 15 minutes a day, moving with the moon.

A reset to get you back in touch with your intuition so you can feel you again.
